An Afternoon of Angelic Voices was created for the New York Choreographic Institute's first-ever virtual session. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Houston and the dancers worked over 6-days remotely from their homes via Zoom to later create a film used as the final presentation of their work. The film explores how two artists cope in isolation while being forced to stop practicing their craft.
