Down the Rabbit Hole is a continuation of his previous work, "Follow the White Rabbit," created for the Young Emergent Choreographers Contest in Biarritz, France, in 2022. Inspired by The Matrix film series, This new work expands on the themes of its predecessor, examining the deepening relationship between humans and technology. As we navigate a world increasingly dominated by digital and electrical advancements, the piece explores how technology has woven itself into the fabric of daily life, transforming not only how we interact but also how we function. It highlights the paradox and duality of technology, showing both the seamless integration of technology into our routines and the potential loss of autonomy as we become ever more reliant on digital solutions. Furthermore, the work addresses the societal impact of technological progress, particularly the displacement of low-skilled jobs by automation and artificial intelligence. As technology advances, it further divides society into those with access to digital resources and skills and those without, exacerbating economic and social inequalities. As we venture further down the rabbit hole, what does it mean to be human in an automated world? Are we powering technological change, or is it powering us?
